Cool mold, awesome headsculpt, simple but interesting transformation, great gimmick. Sounds like a winner to me! The fact that they managed to pack 8 missiles into a deluxe still amazes me.

BTW, how far would you say those missiles fire if you give them a good whack?

 

I've fired them over 10 feet without really trying.

Everything about this figure is awesome except the missiles. Their length and firing mechanism are just so lame to me - enough to downgrade Hailstorm from a buy to a maybe.

That being said, the head articulation is great, and the paint on yours actually looks much better than I anticipated.

 

Any idea when this guy is gonna be available in the US?

Anytime now, I would think. He showed up on Robotkingdom around the same time as Wave 2 of Generations, and that wave just showed up at BBTS today so soon now, I would think.

 

Looks great. Can't wait to add it to my collection.
