so just got pe motobot(arcee) on wednesday its awesome love it, but today i brought to work to fiddle with and one of the legs on the tripod for her sniper rifle broke off sad day lol not a huge deal as i can most liely fix it with super glue but what is the big dealis is the ammo clip for the rifle i lost it and dont have a clue as to where its at. Ive looked all around cant find it. My question is is there anyway to contact perfect effect directly for a replacement piece or do i go thru tfsource since i bought it from them ,anyone know?
Go through TF Source. Pretty sure you should get a replacement with no problems. ...But what is WITH everyone snapping the bipod legs off? They're not on there super tight, and it doesn't seem like it's that hard to remember what direction they move in...
No clue never had a problem with it myself, but yeah you should contact TFsource S_cren, although I kinda have to agree with TJ.
One of the legs on my bipod broke off too. I don't know if I turned it the wrong direction, but I know that the thin rod its on played a factor in it breaking.
yes i agree its my fault i lost it but i was wandering do they help you out with that kind of thing and with the bipod i just moved it and it snapped wasnt messing with it more than i usually do . Moreso if i tell them what happened would they help as more a customer service thing thats all
I'd send them an email. I've actually talked to one of their employees and she was great. Had an issue with shipping. It can never hurt to ask. I'd be upfront and honest with them about losing the part. Maybe they have a small replacement stock to pick from. They may be willing sell it to you. Maybe if you order something else along with it they will ship it to you for free along with the order.
Mine broke too. Didn't bother fixing it myself; I just emailed robotkingdom with pics and they sent me a replacement no problem.
Tfsoure took care of me sent me a replacement part and got a new ammo clip from them for a few bucks.
buying a replacement is probably what they would offer him, TFSource sold me a new chest block for a good price when i snapped the neck off of my City Commander a couple years back
