Cold Cutter is Staxx Tri Master Partner, As a Tri Master he has three alt modes that can be used by his Commander. Cold Cutter Serves as a battle armament, double bladed axe cannon, and shield. Cold Cutter Hates Staxx. The two have hated each other since their first mission together. While Staxx likes to take charge and rush into battle, Cold Cutter would rather have a well thought out plan and perhaps have time to get the duos affairs in order. Cold Cutter also hates that Staxx is so willing to endanger his own team for selfish motives. But what Cold Cutter hates most is the fact that Staxx has killed many innocent Tri Masters for sport rather than allowing them to bond with a commander. Cold Cutter may be evil, but he knows that a little mercy will go a long way toward building the Decepticon army. He is even willing to allow Tri Masters that are bonded with Autobots to join him once their commander is dead. Cold Cutter has vowed to take Staxx out when the time is right and hopes to join forces with the Destron Team. Cold Cutter is currently giving aid to Staxx and Nightwave as they collect the Short Timers.
