    Ghost Will Now Be a TV Show

    You know, this actually has potential. It'd be in the vein of classic shows like THE INCREDIBLE HULK and QUANTUM LEAP, where the hero continues on an endless journey but finds time to help people out.

    It'd be cool if Swayze could appear in it too, from the beyond... :eek:

    Since Swayze is dead, that title is really misleading.

    Patrick should use his afterlife connections to get the ghosts from the Ark of the Covenant to go after the idiots who greenlit this and do to them what they did to Belloq and the others in “Raiders Of The Lost Ark”

    See that's the kind of movies they should remake, movies that were god awful the first time, but had interesting concepts. Redo Leonard Part six as a more Police Squad type movie starring Daniel Craig. Redo Ghost dad as a serious Drama starring will smith(He could probably use the work). Remake Manos Hands of Fate as a Thing style actual horror movie reboot. Make Plan 9 from outer space as a serious scifi fantasy movie.
    In the case of movies like that you can't do worse than the originals and people might just watch out of morbid curiosity as to why the hell are you remaking it.

    I saw a news article about this today saying they want to fix the 'problematic' things in it but the article didn't mention what was problematic. Haven't seen Ghost in well over a decade. What was wrong with it?

    No remake of “Manos” is EVER gonna come close to Joel & the bots’ iconic riffing of it in MST3K. Hell, it’s one of my top 3 favorite episodes of the show.
