    I just got my Henkei Silverstreak today. I actually like the darker reds on the Hasbro version better. I can swap the thighs easily but is there a way I can swap the shoulder pieces? Anyone try doing that yet?

    easy. heat the rivet under the hood, and they come right off. the upper arm just pops out the back of 'em. now swap shoulders.

    That's cool but the wheels are attached to the shoulders too. I didn't notice that the Hasbro wheels are red and Henkei are silver. I just want the shoulders, not the wheels.
