took both the "regular color" and black ko hexatrons and decided to part swap them, the result looks so much better than either and seems to be a decent alternative to getting an actual hexatron, didn't take much work, just screws and ball joints really
My buddy that this was done for has plans to paint the head white, it was his only complaint as well, I would change the head all together but don't know of any appropriate heads that would work with this ko
Genious. Almost looks like a proper release now! I'm so doing this over the weekend! I agree about the head tho, I have ideas for mine, but nothing concrete yet...
Well hell...where do you find these KOs? I hear they are actually pretty accurate, decent quality and most important CHEAP! I'd love some ALT mod shots as well.
yea it was a super simple parts swap, took maybe an hour or hour and a half to do, mostly because i was trying to be careful and not stress the plastics too much. my buddy said that now if he never finds the titans return sixshot he would be happy with this ko filling in

I got my colour one from sirtoys about six months ago, cost about 17 quid with postage, then I got my black one in b&m over Christmas for a tenner! They are pretty decent figures for the price, there's only really the head that I can say I don't like, and maybe the hands if I was being ultra fussy. I don't know why I didn't see this myself, I was planning to repaint the colour one eventually (would have taken me all my life), but this works so much better!
Some of the parts are a bit difficult to figure out how to get apart but overall it's a pretty simple mod
