    My daughter signed up for an account, but a form was generated which says that I must fill it out and fax or email it before she can post. However, the form does not show a fax number or mailing address to send it back to. Is there any way to do this electronically?

    Sorry if I'm not supposed to bump this but I haven't gotten an answer. Tried checking the forum rules and faqs section but got no answers there. Any help?
