I hate how so many people on this site hate the movies so much. We are all Transformers fans aren't we? They're not perfect but neither was any Transformers series. G1 was ridiculous and the Unicron trilogy had stupid moments

that would be lovely, but you have to remember that all of those things go against Bay's prime directive.
strap in for more incoherent screaming, blurry black and gray shapes on fire, and "characters" that don;t matter.

Would like to see Bay step aside and let someone else take a stab at the franchise.

 

Part of any fandom. Comes with the territory.

 

If you're going to look at things from that persepective, you need to realize that some TF series had far less flaws than the movies ever had. And dismissing G1 as 'ridiculous' just because of that stupid cartoon is one of the biggest mistakes you can ever make with regards to G1.

 

For me, I'm worried most about the plot. I really do not want to see the kind of character development that we saw with TF 2&3. I love the movies, no hate on Bay, it brought my interest in Transformers back up. But I really don't want to come out the theater amazed by the action, and then disappointed the next morning when I realized how badly developed each character was.

 

I am, I am. YAAAAYYY! We also get to see bumblebee fight Decepticons almost twice his size and leave the fight without a scratch. Hooraaaaayyy.

 

  this means the movie forum is STILL going to be a plague for years to come!!!

So it's perfectly acceptable that some will think that the Bayverse is ridiculous while agreeing the Unicron trilogy had stupid moments.

Film industry in "We want more billion dollars, please" shocker!

 

No real news here, except the release date. It was only ever 'when', not 'if' really. Doesn't mean I'm overjoyed, and i'm nevous as to how Hasbro (and, more importantly, the retailers) will react to this with the advent of the aligned continuity.

Although, Prime could well be over then, so a lull in that for the movie, and then a return to the same continuity in another show could be a really nice breakup. Basically, so long as we don't get Animated-ed, I'm cool.  

 

Since Shia probably won't be back, they should shift the focus to the bots. Just mention Sam and Carly once in a while and I'll be happy.

Crap so I actually have nothing to look forward to ? Oh well atleast I have prime season two
