    ‘Transformers’ China Release Cleared After Spat Resolved - Bloomberg

    Paramount and Pangu Investment have reached an agreement and China's release of the film is no longer in danger. Paramount is not going into details.

    So pretty much all the hand-wringing and panic from fans was for nothing. Pangu probably got either some money or an agreement to have a premiere/event for another Paramount movie and now Transformers 4 will debut in China without any delays. No cuts to the film, no delays.
