Mine finally got cancelled too. Nice to have some closure but 'you will definitely get this' my ass. I mean at this point I'm not too broken up about it, last week I caved and bought a set of ER Ironhide and Ratchet on eBay for a not too ridiculous price considering what I've sometimes seen them going for. I should be able to make most if not all of it back by reselling the Ironhide and my custom G1 Ratchet made from SG Ratchet (the only reason I'm not sticking with that is the Toyhax set won't work with it due to the stripes).

 

I knew I should've stopped my mother from cancelling that duplicate copy she'd ordered for me not knowing I'd already placed a preorder .

 

Someone should ask Hasbro for another round of this.

I'm glad I'm content with most of my Siege ones, which lead to me canceling my preorders for this and the Ironhide set. It's BS that many who ordered weren't able to get them, so I hope they get reissued at EE and BBTS soon.

Actually, they’re doing that right now. The Netflix Soundwave 3 pack, which was incredibly elusive, made its way into Pulse, along with the Netflix Optimus, Amazon Barricade two pack and RED. It’ll take time, but numerous leakers from @wreckgar39 to @CactusReporter have confirmed this. Factories were at half capacity during Covid and as a result, half the toys were made, and the quality was less than siege’s. Judging by Kingdom’s quality, I’m assuming Earthrise would’ve been the same, had it not been crippled by Covid. Looks like they’re going back and revisiting everything from wave 2 onwards, as my target randomly got a lot of stock of the wave 2 deluxes. I’d say patience, it’s annoying that exclusives were this hard to get, but it was out of Hasbro’s control for the most part, and they’re trying to make it right as best they can.

 

I would've paid that. Now it's going for around $300. Yikes. Not a chance. $300 for a Ratchet is just too rich for my blood.

I’m so lucky to have gotten siege ratchet when I did. I find him better than the Earthrise so I’m happy.

 

Sellers are routinely asking for $300 for the paradon medic set but that doesn’t mean that the box set is selling for that price. Sellers can ask whatever price they want. The last 2 paradon medic set that sold on eBay sold for $265 and other one for $169.99 dollars.

 

Yup, I have both, and never opened my earth mode Ratchet because I prefer the Siege one as well.

the best thing to do, if any is available and to be patient, is to buy from a Canadian seller on ebay. Even with money conversion and shipping, it’s usually cheaper than buying from someone in US. Only drawback is shipping will take twice as long - up to 2 weeks.

 

Good to know. That wouldn't be an issue with the shipping. If corona taught me anything, it was patience when it comes to receiving packages.

 

I don't know how attached you are to the Paradron Medic/Lifeline, but if you're willing to break out some paint, the Shattered Glass Ratchet is still available for close to retail online. It's not a perfect ending to this situation, but it's an option.

 

My sister does love to paint.

 

Sorry for the bump but bad news...

After many months of waiting (since Nov 10th), Amazon has canceled my Order. I feel a re-run of this set, Ironhide+Prowl, and the Coneheads should 100% be on the table now. Too many people missed out and doing such a limited run of such ironic characters was never going to work out. I hope Hasbro does a re-run within the next year or so. It's not fair that there was such a limited run when demand was through the roof.
