Excellent. Those new wings were exactly what I wanted. Shame that there aren't longer shin pieces though.

 

honestly don't understand why they didn't release it this way in the first place, as opposed to wasting extra time, money and resources. only guess is maybe they didn't think it would bother so many and they wanted to save costs??? but glad to see they address these two main issues and not charging ppl extra to get the upgrades.

seriously contemplating picking this up now instead of the NA version, though overall i still like it better. but i can't refute how much cheaper this is.

Then again, I'm waiting for Pangu to show a Sentinel. Please announce it before I fall into NA's really expensive temptation once again.

 

but did they really? their strongest selling point is their price and they had NA beat regardless of releasing before or after NA. most ppl who saw NA announcement and was swayed would still hold out and buy that instead of this. or at least wait for pricing to decide, and those who balked at the final NA price would come back to this.

i was close to buying this, but the wings and claw made me hesitate and decided to wait for NA. them releasing it early didn't change that. but at least they made the right move now and course corrected to say they are giving an update to the tracks and claw. if they had said that right from the start, even if not ready for release, i think it would have went a long way to secure more sales in that sense.

 

Yes. Their product was in consumer hands and discussed on social media before NA's. It helped anyone on the fence further consider buying their figure over their direct competition's. It's all a constant hustle, and the sooner you get someone to say that they're gonna send you some money, the better your odds are of actually getting that money.

This was a brand new product from a company no one had bought stuff from before at a price point that was almost too good to be true. People had to get it in hand to tell others if the quality and value was there.

I already told them they're throwing money away if they don't do the blue and purple variants.

 

Hopefully they were just waiting until they finished the upgrade kit so they can integrate it into the Sentinel version. No way I'd buy multiple of the NA release as their price but I wouldn't mind having the Sentinel for ~$80. Plus it'd give me an excuse to own both molds.

My grandson loves it. Works pretty well with his core class bots. Now I'm thinking I need to get the Newage version to go with my Newage bots.
