Oh, sorry for misunderstanding. That's a great shame with your PT02 tank. I don't have any of those issues as far as I've noticed.

The following comments might be obvious and things you're tried, but in case not...

Regarding the front part, maybe having had Gabriel helped here. If you pull the wedge-shaped track parts out first then the panel in the middle won't move, as it sits in curved grooves in those wedged pieces but they're now in the wrong position. You need to pull out the middle panel and the track parts at the same time.

The middle section with the double hinges. Probably a really silly question, but are the double hinges in the right positions? They're slighty different in tank mode and bot mode.

The tab for the back part of the tracks needs the middle part aligned correctly to tab in.

Thanks!! So, yeah found out about the 3 piece front the hard way, still stiff so I think the screws are too tight.

The middle pieces, one side folds really easy and lines up good enough. the other is a floppy mess and can't hold it's position and there aren't any tabs that seem to keep it in place.

And the rear panel has a stress mark and a deformation so the panel falls off easily.

This yellow slider is so tight it won't extend past here. Other side perfectly fine.

If it helps, the back flap on mine is fine, and while the front is tight, it moves without that much hassle. Both yellow guns slide out all the way as well. Those center track pieces aren't the best, though. They hold fine on mine, but I look at the mold, and I think if the pin was aligned a little 'lower' on the piece so it would sit a touch higher over-all, it might have helped it fit more snug.

Admittedly, it's not going to be as good a tank as NA, but my copy works quite well. Hopefully you get a good copy.
