Wow, this is possibly the most awesome Animated figure so far. I love everything about it, especially his huge weapon.

It is a pity I am only focusing on my movie collection, otherwise this toy would be mine as soon as I see it..

 

For me it has all the details and articulations needed to make a good(best of animated so far) figure so I think the leader class for this one would not be nessescary.

 

His weapon is a Mace, not a hammer,
and it's powered by a star core./semantics

I think I'll call his punch "Da Bomb" or "Explosive Impact".

 

actually, no I don't. and certainly not THE PUNCH, that seems like an empty-handed attack, you know?
something seems wrong to me about holding a mallet-shaped weapon *sideways*.
ehh, hopefully there's some rotation joint there that's been missed...

 

Like everyone else, I love the figure, but I REALLY want a Leader version of it instead. I told my wife I'd only get one of each figure, so I want the one closest to scale... Leader Bulkhead fits that bill, so a Leader Lugnut would be great. We should make sure this is brought up at Botcon.

As does this figure. The chest is a bit mistransformed, though... the side panels lock right into the sides of his body.

 

But not in the same sub-line. For all we know, there may be an Activator Lugnut coming as well, and I don't think that will please those who want a bigger Lugnut.

Like others have said, it's just "The Punch". Personally, that's one of the things that I like about Lugnut. He doesn't need to give his attacks any special names, or has to scream out what he's about to do.

 

I'm pretty sure they'll make a scale sized lugnut for him. If not, well, Hasbro will have angered some fans of the toys/series.

You seem confused. I'm fairly certain there are no sex toys that have a jet mode.

 

whats cool about lugnut is that hes got a rather unusual robot design, its a very different look for TF but in a very good way. it reminds me a bit of something from macross like one of the destroid series.

 

Eh...I sorta see it, but it does take a lot of imagination, and the major reason anybody would see that is due to the front end not clicking together properly.

 

I don't think so, 'cause Lugnut doesn't turn into a train.  

 

the jet mode is disturbingly phallic
