As others have said, these aren't new.

I hope there's no metal (though I guess paint-chipping and gouges on an old plane might be alright), but if the brand's name and Survivalist's materials are any indication, it will have a lot.

Why would anyone want "him" NOT upsized? If it weren't he would only be about scout/old-Basics size, and then only might be in-scale with micromasters, mini-cons, or WST. He's an A-10 Thunderbolt/Warthog! He should be 4 - 6 times the size of a car or truck.

And anyway, if you want it the other size, there's always the XTransbots / CHMS figure.

As it stands, he'll probably be too small for my preference. He'll only be in scale with Legends and the aforementioned micro-bots. I'll get him and be happy (it appears), but a Voyager or Ultra size would have been BLISS (don't bring up HasTak's POS, please).

CobraZartan - Has this producer said why he's skipping Cyclonus? Maybe later? I know there are a few fans (possibly dozens) that would love an upscaled, improved version of the Jizai mold. And most of the work has seemingly been done. Where is he getting the plans/sculpt for "Geologist" (or whatever Not-Beachcomber will be called)? Has he/she talked about finishing that AMAZING Ironhide/Ratchet?

Not doing the cyclonus due to the classics version already being a great figure. The beachcomber plans were made by him. Not sure which ironhide and rachet your talking about.

Well, the "Classics" Cyclonus is pretty good, until you put it right next to a Jizai one. Then, it looks like the turd it probably is. Which is the point where I believe many would huck their HasTak Cyclonus like I *guarantee* many will do with their HasTak Ratchet and Ironhide once iGear's comes out.

I guess I'd get the (probable) CHMS one, but I love how this producer makes the figures larger and improves them. Not the case with CHMS, apparently.

So far this producer has only produced enlarged Jizai molds. So, I figured if he was going to leap into originals, he'd get the transformation sequence/POA hardware ideas from the Ironhide/Ratchet prototype that was about 65 - 75% completed.

    Guess not.

Don't get me wrong....If the others are similar in style and aesthetics to Powerglide and Wheelie, I'll want his Galvatron, Beachcomber, etc., but Beachcomber's already being done by a third-party or two.

Noone wants to make Gears? Bumper? Soundwave? Jhiaxus? Hoist? Etc.

Xtransbots figures are small deluxe size. In scale with generations Warpath and Classics Bumblebee and from what I was able to see from the the Chinese review of their Powerglide the joints seem to be tight

Can not wait for the Powerglide! So hope they do the Cyclonus as well! I just got my 2nd Wheelie, these are just too cool! I did snag the KO Toys Powerglide which looks quite similar to the SuperAlloy one. If Wheelie from SuperAlloy is any indication, theirs will be the one to get over the KO Toys version. The KO Toys one is quite nice and light, but it has its issues.

I thought superalloy = deluxe size, with diecast parts, and chms jizai ko's were the legends scaled copies of jizais old exclusives ? Was looking at pics of the chms powerglide and its deluxe sized ?

I think I'd rather have some sort of Gears some time.

Are you saying many people will get rid of their Hasbro Cyclonus for the Jizai one? Gotta disagree with you there. Jizai's is nice, but in no way fits in with the "classics" updated G1 design.

i just got my xtransbots powerglide and now that i look at these pictures of this one... its the exact same. this one may have alloy parts to it making it the only difference.
