is yours broken? My ankle tilts work fine.
He doesn't have any I can see the foot is moulded in a single part. rather than having a seperate ratcheted cheese wedge shaped parts like the normal size Warbotron has. Both feet are identical too.
one of mine were reversed,so I had to disassemble and fix the direction, but the feet definitely have tilts. Unless they changed something.
I scrolled back a few pages I can see they are supposed to move - I guess Mine are stuck like the shoulders - I guess I need to get the screw driver out then.
These parts i meant.
Ah, the shoulder droop. I always meant to do this fix, but lazy.
Oversized KO Warbotron Bruticus
Wow. Thanks mate. Will try it haha. Btw, what did he mean by "fan mode"?
A fan mode is any transformation/configuration not officially laid out in the instructions.
In this particular case it's more accurate to call it a 'mod' (modification).
I'll forever be in an awe with this Jinbao Bruticus guys. Pure awesomeness! I can't believe I waited so long to catch 'em. I love how Bruticus perfectly scales with Jujiang Superion and CW Devastator.
I'm now selling my Machine Boy Bruticus.
Not gonna lie...I only got this set so I had a Swindle to recreate this scene from the comics with.
That said the other bots and Bruticus ain’t too shabby either.
not sure if anyone else has this issue, but my bruticus's hips can barely support his weight (front to back). they are perfectly strong outwards, but forward and back the legs are loosy goosy. Is there a way to tighten the ratchet joint in the hips?
Future shine floor polish is your friend for loose friction joints, but for ratchets:
stretching a spring or adding more resistance for the plastic hinge is the solution for making ratchets stringer.
I got the same problem. The ratchet teeth are probably too small and too widely spaced. I'll open up Onslaught one of the days to check out what I can do.
I just bought this set from a board member yesterday for a little over $80 shipped. Looking forward to getting it.
I'm hoping to run across a Jin Bao OS KO version/set of this Bruticus, for a good deal, at the SAME time I have the extra money to grab him up. This morning I was able to score the Jiujiang Superion on sale at $109, which worked out NICELY, having JUST last night sold a couple of my prints for $100. The funny part is that only the day or so before, I was thinking how I'd really like to have that set, and be able to get it at a really good price. Then....BOOM! TF-Source sale... and it was STILL on and available this a.m., so I picked it up.
As for Jin Bao, I also have their awesome OS Feral Rex , and about to order Reprolabels for that set, to spruce it up even more. I do need to check into labels for the Superion AND this OS Bruticus too, because that would be a nice upgrade.
Did you paint those feet? I like them.
*nevermind I see they were. Is it complete?
I got mine just before Christmas ( wow- thanks, me! You always know just what I want!!)
And wooow! It's huge! I thought nbks gravity builder was big, but now umma have to get the OS release just to even up the shelf!
Come, son of jor-el...kneel before ZOD!!
anyone been able to take apart the legs and figure out how to tighten the forward and backward hip joint? cause it seems to barely hold him up
So which shockwave he hold mate?
