    Any back story on these pictures. I noticed the battle damage on the skirt, is the official going to be painted exactly like this?

    Exactly, i think Wei Jiang's got a pretty solid track record so i'm fairly confident this will be just as good if not better in terms of build quality with the Black Mamba version.

    The normal BMB's Abs are great; they collapse in farther than all the others. The DOTM one looks bloated, and I think they look too big for the body.

    Found some recent pictures of the BMB DOTM Prime, seems like the abs are less bulky with this one, the chest and side panels can go in further apparently

    Ok just for me own reference , and I've been away from the collecting scene for months now so please bear with me, there's two third party Optimus primes that are based on the dotm design ? One by weijiang and one is black mamba? Are they both out because im not sure what to search for.

    Only Black Mamba did the DOTM retool of the MPM-04 mould. Wei Jiang's is more 1st Movie, ROTF looking i think?

    Another thing to keep in mind is that figures almost always look better in hand than in photos. Studio Series 05 Optimus doesn't look terrible if you pose him right (though it still doesn't hold a candle to SS36)

    ooooh…...looks to be more slim than the cgi renders...this was a good purchase. ;) 
    Will be nice to compare the QC vs my bmb version...man...it's gonna be a few weeks of UV baking for me to be confident in my fix for ls 03p :p ....Weijiang has never failed so far

    We are truly living in the best timeline.

    Would still kinda like to see an upgrade kit to the original mpm or lt02 which would give it accurate shoulders and an accurate backpack.
