Selling KOs and OSKOs on eBay is really tricky. You can’t put anything hasbro in the name at all, which means people need to know the random ass KO names which most people don’t. Better to try and sell them here or through social media or something. I have a couple KOs I’d like to unload too but it’s harder.

 

Even with nothing Hasbro related in the title or description, it still got taken down. Hasbro was just on a roll cracking down on everything Wei Jiang at the time I guess.

 

Dang. Well yeah then I’d just not recommend even listing them. Try to sell by other means.

 

Oh this was a while ago. I was able to finally sell them somehow. If I ever decide to get rid of my Wei Jiang Hound, though, then I'll need to do something else.

Guys, I have a tough nut to crack. I already mentioned a while ago about a visual flaw on my Prime and now I have a chance to swap that knee protector part but it sits on a screw covered by another part. Unfortunately, the latter sits on a pin and as I am fresh in the business I have no idea how to safely remove it (I want to believe it's possible!). Has any of you done such or similar surgery? I would be much obliged for any advise. I marked on below images the covered screw in red square and point the pin with arrows.

 

Good news is the pin is exposed on both sides. Going by your pics, you need to push the pin out from the front of the leg. The bad news is that I'm not sure a watch pin vice will fit. So you'll have to go the old fashioned way with a hammer and pin punch. It's definitely a crude method. If this is your first go round removing a pin I wouldn't have BA Prime be the practice bot.

 

So.. would it be smarter to ship the whole leg?

Unsure. They don't even say specific parts. You have to ask them for parts you want and then they'll quote a price if they have it.

CNY is generally a two week long celebration, even though the public holiday lasts only a week. Try again next week.

 

I’d give them the benefit of the doubt for one more week. A few of the factories I work with aren’t open til the 6th. Then they’ll be spending a while catching up on 2-3 weeks of emails and such.

 

Just got mine this week. Already taken some cutters to the chest area to lower it a tad. Fits in nicely with the wife’s bumblebee. Definitely a massive improvement over ls03f. Definitely want to get my hands on some dotm abs though :/

Finally transformed him. Anybody know how to tab in the guns and front end more securely? No matter what I do I feel like the gas tanks just aren’t aligned properly.

 

This might be because the legs aren't pushed back all the way. Because the upper thighs are still on double hinges to make him taller in robot mode, they need to be pushed back as far as possible in truck mode to help things line up properly.

The guns also have a small ridge that a tab on the bottom of the tool box sits in, which might help things line up a little better also.

Rough translation: there’s a re-issue with a new head sculpt, die-cast parts for some of the more delicate ones (unspecified, but chest parts are mentioned) and LED for the truck lights?
Sounds like it could be another parts dump but with some improvements?
This time there appears to be after-sales support too.

 

Hard to tell since that could be any ol BA Prime they took a pic of. Plus, why won't anyone do improvements to this mold or do a new one?

 

With the amount of fan work available to copy and professionally produce, that's exactly what I'm waiting for. But to no luck, at least for now

 

I really don’t know.. I bought what I thought was the BA Prime once from Aliexpress and ended up with LS03. Then I realized their listings are a bit confusing.. I bought an LS03 because the listing for the BA was actually more $.

I’d love to see a greatly improved version too and better materials. I’ll say this, I’ve got both BMB LS03 and LS03F, and they’re remarkably durable and sturdy. If only BMB got the BA mold and made it even better.. I’d buy that in a split second!
