He’s all over on aliexpress. I got mine for $66 before tax on 11.11.

 

I kept mine (well traded it for LT02) to scale better with the Decepticon MPMs. BA OP to scale better with the other Autobots and also human figures.

 

Ehh don't worry about it. My curiosity got the better of me. As long as you keep it in a spoiler box it's alright

After never having breakages on any of my 4th party or 3rd party figs, yy IT01 broke and my BW Megs broke all in the same month. I'm really hoping the 3rd time is the charm with this guy, but all the reports of flimsy delicate parts has me scared stiff.

 

I can not wait to get mine!
I am planning to downgrade the wheels to single ones and mod the fenders to be where they should go (more inward)
And I plan to remove the guns from the tanks and get the tanks in a more accurate position (under the sleeper cab) and have normal (non-transforming) guns.. and maybe ill even see if the dotm chest can be installed and modded to transform.. I have a trailer so a dotm prime would be fun.

 

Same here. I'm paying it off and hoping for the best. I haven't been able to follow along for as long as some others who have the knowledge and history of the thread, but it looked like everyone had nothing but great things to say up until this last month about the breakages. Then I did some digging, and honestly, the only thing I could find personally was people reporting breakages due to possible transformation issues. As in they didn't transform it properly and some of the fragile pieces may have snapped due to user error.

Even trying to do the research in this figure, 400+ pages and the reviews are a lot to try and dig through. Lol

But some of the things people have posted are really helpful and people were really nice helping me choose the WJ OP.

That's cause everyone who's getting the figure for the first time kept asking us about breakages. Mine broke BEFORE it was cool, about two years ago when I first got it. I already listed out areas to be careful for when transforming. Other than that if the quality is as good as before you should be fine.

 

I don’t understand what are you talking about? I live in Russia, I have contacted customers and users of aliexpress. I check the price from Russia and I have it marked at 126 euros. aliexpress always conducts promotions and gives coupons to users. I now have a $ 30 discount coupon for any product. on black friday sale i bought ls02 for 12 us dollars, with express delivery to russia in a retail box from tototoy store seller. I do not know where I can find cheaper prices for Russia.

 

The price on Russia is not the same price in the whole world. In other countries depending the money change, fees and taxes, could be more expensive buying from Aliexpress than from ShowZ.

 

That is expensive at $153 NO BOX.

 

To be fair I only had two breakages during my entire lifespan with my first copy, and this is considering that I transformed it pretty much every week.

One was with the connector of the gun to the smokestacks, the chrome was too thick and I forced things quite a bit and one of the tabs broke of. And the second was simply a stress mark on one of the headlight hinges because again, I forced things and wasn't careful.

I can't stress this enough, test all of the joints, hinges and moving parts before moving it! Do not force things! If you're transforming it for the first time take your time, if something doesn't feel right feel free to ask here, there's plenty of ways to loosen joints/tighten them and to get a smooth transformation, we'll be happy to help
