Is there a listing for this new hide shadow

 

Not yet, at least reliable. Still little info on it.

It was Disney, but Hasbro did participate as most of the income was from TF stuff.

 

So I decided to scan AliExpress abit and sure enough, all stock is gone it seems(there's one for $450+) but it looks as though some sellers are open to preorders again. Does this mean more stock is really coming or it's already dead?

 

I wouldn't be surprised if some factory was able to mass produce older WJ toys just fine, laying low and issuing them in a new box/as a no brand. It's just there will be no new projects from WJ/BA ever.

I still can't believe they were so stupid as to try and KO anything Disney. Stupid stupid stupid.

 

It's depressing I know. Losing WJ and now Unique Toys, it sucks. They were All-Star 3P teams. Wish a brand new 3P rotf Optimus would be UT's true last hurrah.

Either BMB Ko's the famous extinct mold first or some 3P company champion enough to make a new ROTF mold, I'll take it.

Just imagine the legs entirely from the sleeper and the smokestacks actually on top of the shoulders instead of from behind.

 

If it eventually happens (from another company) i wouldn't miss WeiJiang tbh.

 

I feel that same way but with Ironhide instead.

This figure def ain't worth the $200, imo.

 

It was worth almost triple that price to me. Value is indeed in eyes of the beholder. No regrets, but never doing that again. Jeez, if it wasn't for all the stuff I sold first...

 

Trust me, I love the Big O as much as the next guy, but I don't think I'd spend that much on a figure that doesn't do terribly too much different. I mean I guess it's because I have 3 figures based on the original mold's engineering.

 

I’m tripling up on this guy, the mold is my favorite of all

 

$200 is too rich for my blood as well. Though to be fair, the original MPM Prime wasn't far off from that in price. And that was the weakest version of the mold while this is the best ever conceived by mankind.

 

Yeah but we've had just as impressive figures come out at a greater value.

 

I bought him at $200 last year and was fine with it considering the company is dead. It really shouldn’t cost that much but it just ended up being a thing I didn’t want to miss out on.

 

I’m willing to take the chance on this “re-issue” since for me it comes out at roughly £130-140. Plus if it goes wrong I can just get PayPal to refund me the money

 

I mean if BMB could get WJ's Hide Shadow mold and mod an re-release it who's to say they can't do the same with Black Apple, right? The demand is definitely there.
