Great work on the mod! I'm going to try to make it work without the parts forming.

This figure has not disappointed with the exception of the fragile Fender pieces on the back which have Forum stress marks on them. And I'm happy that the wings from leader class jetwing Optimus Prime do fit with no modifications and are very picturesque with this figure. 20191025_235828.jpg 20191025_235523.jpg View attachment 28430694 20191025_235508.jpg 20191025_235455.jpg 20191025_235320.jpg 20191025_235313.jpg 20191025_235303.jpg 20191025_234300.jpg 20191025_234251.jpg 20191025_233920.jpg 20191025_233911.jpg 20191025_233907.jpg 20191025_233811.jpg 20191025_233807.jpg 20191025_233711.jpg 20191025_233701.jpg 20191025_233546.jpg 20191025_233415.jpg

Bro, ur foot breaking off isn't only ur problem, it happened on mine too. If u contact ur seller, they should be able to send u a replacement piece, which then is all about knocking out a couple of pegs to replace the foot

Man, thank you very much!!! Talking about scales, this is exactly what I also think: he is perfect for the mpm carbots a bmb megatron, and now I am 100% sure of it! It is also perfect next to my M01 Commander, they would look like brothers! My only issue is about altmode, as I have never seen this truck text to the Camaro or next to M01! If you have time, can you make a photo or the same video, but with altmodes? That would help me a lot!
And that chest, you really got it! That's how it's supposed to be!

I really think that this photo here exactly shows how too short mpm Optimus is! Can you take the same picture with The WJ in it?

If you mean a before and after my thumbnail of the video actually shows that. The left side of the picture shows the chest stock and unmodified showing how high up it is, and the right side shows after the mod.

Unfortunately I bought him used off of ebay from a states side seller a year ago at this point so I dont think that is an option. If i can get a screw and put it through the hole and screw it intonthe foot, that should work

I don't have M01 but I will try my best to show the alt modes today for you

I prefer my Optimus ROTF leader sized so it's literally fine.

Thank you for the pics! I find him fine and good with the other members of the team!! I only don't know how it scales with ironhide, who looks a little short. But I could accept it, as long altmodes are in scale.

Hey, thank you very much! I think they're pretty near to perfect scale. How would you like like to be? Do you think the truck ist too big?

This is actually very close to perfect. The top view sells it. Bumblebee's Camaro is slightly longer than half of Optimus' Peterbilt and we see that size replicated nicely here

From the looks of it, I broke the exact same tiny piece on mine. Sadness. I did have to squint at your photo to see where it was though so it's not the worst thing in the world :/

for those of you who did the mod, how do you shave off the bits i circled? i don’t have a lot of tools up here at college but i have a multifunction tool and a set of nippers

and for @JohnnyGundam how did you cut the hinges for the parts forming aspect? the hinges are almost impossible to get at with all the plastic around it

Your site seems really confusing..... there's no way to actually make an account, yet there is a way to log in. also doesn't mention anything about shipping either. Any help on that?

You have to take your time with it. I only used a exacto knife and gunpla god hand nippers to cut away at the plastic. You just have to be patient. For the hinges, i cut into them with the exscto knife straight to the pin. The hinges are thick so you have to take your time until you see the metal pin, then you have to make sure you cut enough material out to pull them off the pin, but not so much that they do not go back on

I have done one part of the chest already. The left (his right) chest window is the modified one and the right is the stock one. I don’t really like this kind of parts forming but the look that it is already giving is amazing! Also the parts you remove from under the chest can fit in the backpack and seems to stay so far.

Thank you @JohnnyGundam for sharing this!

Not a bad idea hiding those pieces! Seeing your pic tho and many others I just want to address another tip for you guys. The red pieces connected to the fuel tanks is supposed to connect to the pack of the wheel wells, it doesnt peg in, just rests in. But i have seen people not do it and have trouble with the solidity of the back pack, and not having the hinges arranged as such to allow it to sit in there might be the issue.
