I've been torn between ordering from ShowZ and tf-direct.
I have the money to pay for the figure in full, but the issue is tf-direct says they may be getting the figure in stock sometime in October but has no option to even pre-order. On the other hand, ShowZ does have the option for deposit or pay in full but says they will receive their stock sometime between October and December.
Even if I wait until October to snag the figure from tf-direct, I have no idea if the stock will go towards fulfilling pre-orders from people who managed to place their orders beforehand.
    What's everyone's experience?
Should I try my luck with tf-direct, or just secure him now from ShowZ and just hold off that it might not get here for awhile?

Preordered in March, paid in full after notice yesterday. I'm not one to pay in full before a definite release but hoping I made 2nd batch.

I feel like they are much more loose on BMB version than the official. I'm too impatient to wait for BA's version. My Prime need his weapons specialist.

The reason for why I don't buy the BmB version is BA... another impatient here. XD

I can completely respect that, SSJ4 is still pretty awesome all around!
I’m impatient too, but I may just have to wait for BA, darn

I'm impatient enough that I just bought the vanilla MPM ones and take them as the definite scale.

When I ordered, there were still one or two copies left, so I really hope nothing goes wrong. Really wish he'd ship lol, I'm getting anxious from all my excitement

Not sure if this has been posted before, I know we've had pictures of WJ Prime next to MPM4 but I saw this on Instagram and thought it was cool, lining the two up as if they were the same height so you can compare the exact differences. It also highlights again just how absurdly high people are positioning the chest windows in order to angle the abs how they want.

This also makes me want a WJ Prime at MPM4 scale.

That’s what I wanted. I don’t like the idea of a snowball effect that requires getting upscales of every Decepticon just to scale with BA Prime. Things would be a lot simpler if it was the same size as the original. No need to wait for an OS MPM Megatron, OS MPM Starscream, Blackout, etc...and Lord only knows when we’ll get the regular MPMs of those last two to begin with, let alone the OS KOs to scale with this.

If Unique Toys or some other third party wanna take a shot at a new 07 MPM Prime that’s roughly the same size as the official, they’ll get my attention

Saaaame. Even if it was just a slight upscale to make the scale work better with the other MPMs, i'd be happy, since MPM4 is a little smaller than he should be.

I finally tried it out and it can be accomplished without any modifications. You do, however, have to swivel the headlight past a stop to accommodate the new angle, illustrated in the picture below.

    More angles of fan mode.

I'm still trying to decide if it improves the look enough to continue doing.

How does everyone else feel about it?
