That's definitely a good point... It's a gamble; if I miss out, there's always the strong potential for repaints like Nemesis Prime that I might opt for. Hopefully the pricing won't get too jacked up.

Im starting to second guess my want for Megatron. He really sucks in the movie and those alt modes aint the greatest. Now Lockdown on the other hand is a beast and a Lamborghini   and Blackout is the mofo that started it all, killing all those people to start the whole thing off.

 

This is mutiny. Now boys and girls, what do we do with those that betray us?...........

I think the Megatron truck, at the very least, sticks out the best. Blackout & Lockdown were great but we desperately need a Megatron first.

 

Don't make me walk the plank, them thar skarks in them waters! My problem with that truck is that it has the full trailer so how will those alt modes scale? I ain't buying that Optimus trailer. I think im leaning toward the tank megatron but am afraid they will give us Galvatron  

 

With the truck & trailer, you get two characters (RID Scourge & Megs) but you could make the same argument with Galvatron using OP mode, I guess.

I don't know. I don't want to get my hopes up, regardless which is best between fans. If another movie character is tackled, I want it be one those megs and definitely not galvatron.

 

The rotf megatron turns into two figures? I never got that figure. If they gave us the rotf truck without trailer i would like that very much

I ordered mine a couple days ago. Now the long wait from China. I couldn't turn down $99 shipped.

 

Do I need a second one? I am a few days away and think this might be worth keeping a MISB one. I guess I will know in the next few days.

I'm currently working on a rusty repaint on my first.
Hopefully he will be up for sale on eBay in the next week or so.
What do you guys think is a fair asking price for a decent repaint of this beauty?

 

Normally I avoid cheap KO crap, but this one actually looks half-decent. How's the build quality?

I'm impressed it has diecast parts (hey, it's a lost art). And that shiny red is hot. Though I do still love my Asia Premium Leader Prime, this guy seems worthy to stand next to him.
