As far as engineering, it’s pretty much MP10 oversized, so not much there to be impressed with. It’s the size that is impressive. Depends on what floats your boat. As far as I can tell, everyone that has one is blown away by the size, myself included. My personal opinion, it is worth the $300+ price tag. Bought it as a centerpiece for my collection but ended putting on the dresser in the bedroom with colored flashing LEDS as a night light. Ultimately it falls in the line of get it if you have the funds and space and are an Optimus fan.

Anyone know where to get the autoboot emblem for the shoulder? I previously read the shoulder area is magnetic for a magnetic autoboot emblem.
Been looking around for this for months.

Hi, for those looking for an Emblem, the Lewin have mentioned that "someone" will be making it.

I hear that. The price and space factor are the key issues, as well as this guy would be the biggest bot akin to the latter Sunbow Transformers Ultra Magnus scale weirdness.

Though I keep looking at this bot, like a stray dog outside a sausage factory....

I'm wondering if the hand was just assembled wrong.
    Untitled-1.jpg
Looking at mine the circled area can be removed if you unscrew it.
Have you tried unscrewing it and seeing if you can switch the thumb and the other piece?
It's obviously meant so the thumb could go on either side of the palm design.
I'm just not sure if the other piece is switchable. Didn't have time to attempt it on mine this morning, but you may want to see if you can do it. If you can, the fingers should be easy to fix as well.

It's now $329 at @ShowZStore . Pretty close to pulling the trigger. But I notice this second batch looks like a painted face, not chromed.

Those are pictures from Tekering here that painted the mask. Pretty sure it's the same as the first run.

It's an oversized knock off of an oversized knock off. The engineering it identical. It's not unique.

That being said, I own one myself. I bought it as a conversation piece. It's a massive autobot legend. An icon.

I'm happy with my purchase dont get me wrong, but if you dont have the space, dont waste your money. There's no honest need for this in anybody's collection, if you just want it for the sake of "you just want it"

Buy it because you love the character and admire what he represents. Make it meaningful. Get him because you plan on making it a stand alone centerpiece in your office, living room or man cave.

Dont just get it because you want to be like everyone else who's got money to burn. 300 bucks let's face it, isn't chump change. It's an investment. But it's also the most expensive knock off of a knock off I've ever seen. To me, it should have only been no more than $125.00. It doesnt look or feel in my hands like a 300 dollar adult collectible should feel.

I bought it, because its OPTIMUS "friggin" PRIME!

And as a kid growing up, that really meant something to me. He was my Hero. I'm honoring that cherished memory by owning this thing.

That's an honest price for a product that's not honest. I'd have bought it for that price as well, but with shipping you're still looking at 100 extra sent.

A huge chunk of that $300 plus price is probably for shipping. If you go to OhMyPrimus, they have it listed for ~$209 but shipping is another $132.
So basically at $125, you wanted a 28" figure for free.
