DAAAAAAAAAAAMNNNNNNNNN, this is a good strip, I just dropped in to read a couple of pages to see what it was like and read the whole thing in one go.

    Excellent writing/photography/posing/effects/thewhollefrigginshow.

Agreed. Don't go the Superman, Hawkeye or inevitable Captain America route. Leave Hound in the ground!! :p

Of course not! Absolutely untrue! And if one were found afterall, I'd totally deny knowledge. Because I didn't know, honestly...

Yep.. SD and Ripclaw have a point. It's amazing how you do all your effects with GIMP. I haven't used GIMP, but my friend who uses it says that it's not as great and more "limited" than Photoshop.. So, that makes you a VERY GOOD effects-man! :D

By the way... can't wait for update! :D

I use GIMP at work. Once you figure out where things are it's just as good as Photoshop for this sort of stuff. The hard part is Photoshop users breaking themselves of Photoshop habits and learning the GIMP way of doing them.

Movie Prime: I can haz alibi? No, you can no haz RAID! :lol

Have no fear, crack on the way!

Ironically, the effect that has delayed this update for so long...won't be appearing now. Sorry.
It's not so much that it was never "good" enough, more that I couldn't seem to show it in a way that wasn't confusing and unclear. And when I thought hard about it, well, it's actually more consistant with the story and the concept if you (the reader) DON'T see the effect...
So I just blew six days going back and forth over a panel that I'm not going to use...and actualy works better if you don't see it.:noob

Wow, thanks dude.:)  Glad you're enjoying it.

    Update...is on da way.

Ah, Hound. Death leads to dramatic places. Sometimes, survival leads to dramatic places as well. But which one has happened? Stay tuned folks...

:lol  Pun-3X; He's in ur swetshops, aspoldin' ur Gundams.

I've never really had much chance to play with Photoshop, so all I know is GIMP. I'm really impressed with it, especially as it's free, and I keep finding more and more stuff that it can do. If there are any effects in here that people like, I think it has a lot more to do with GIMP being awesome than any skill on my part.

Update on the way. Photobucket uploading...

Oh sweet Jesus the excitement is killing me! Unbelivable effects and Ravages transformation sequences are wonderful.

So Hounds not dead and Mirage is standing looking at Ravage and not doing anything!! *crosses fingers* Die Mirage, please Die.

    Amazing update, just truly amazing.

Dude! Mirage doing his thing as always. He does seem to have nerves of steal if he is waiting to read the Jaguar logo to shoot. Good to see Hound is in stasis lock, but barely hanging on.

The suspense is killing me though.

Mirage, this is one of those moments where you either redeem yourself even more in the face of the readers or then you become the uncrowned king of all the most mis-timing d**ches ever. (or whatever your blue-blood title was)

This was totally awesome! Ditto on everythin' said so far and what will be said. :D

Oh, Thanks for joining the fight Mirage, nice of you to "drop in". Anytime you want to shoot would be just grand.

Not quite 6 days, but been there, done that. Sucks don't it. :lol

Love this pic. Totally awesome!! :D

Love this pose too! :D  I'm sure it would be way cooler and meaner if Mirage's head were centered. Nevertheless, this is AWESOME on its own!! :thumb  :thumb

5/5 bays from me. :bay  :bay  :bay  :bay  :bay

Best cliffhanger I've seen in this comic. Truly (I know I've used it too many times in this post) AWESOME!!!!! :D

And now.. time to reveal why Mirage hesitated...!

funny, cause i like that its not centered, the text and the head are balancing really nicely there... everyone has different takes on things for sure! but since ZUDON already pointed it out, i LOVE that pic the best actually! :D

I love Ravage's first transformation. That toy really is more poseable than I thought.

Something has totally got Mirage's attention. Is it a maneuver he recognizes from long ago? Suddenly placing Ravage at some long past scene? Or is he just weirded out by the head-on attack that just SEEMS like a dumb idea?

Whatever, just pull the trigger and worry later!

    Yeah, the last three updates?

    :jawdropper:

I never thought it possible for a soundless, motionless comic to have me so enthralled. But you Coolhand, you... :bay

Also, I second CI's request for explodey FX!
