I think you have to put a request in as it probably works like a normal replacement parts service.
You ask the seller for the parts and they ask their supplier.

 

Seems a great route to take if you're experienced in casting/molding.

 

Oh, my figure did not arrived yet, hopefully i will never need since i wont be transforming Shockwave. I thought everyone automatically get the parts.

 

No-one automatically got the parts to my knowledge so I'd definitely contact your retailer.

Also just wanna settle everyone saying "oh it's fine I won't transform him anyway" doesn't mean anything. The breaks are on the robot mode hips, not on a transformation exclusive joint so it doesn't matter whether he's transformed or not.
Some of them are coming broken in the box so unless you're never touching the hips at all, even to pose it, then there will always be a chance of it breaking transformed or not.

 

Did the price go up for this guy recently? I thought he was $99 but now I'm seeing him for about $105-$110

I was planning on taking really great care of this figure to avoid damage. But I swear this is how he came out of the box  

It was mainly due to the sellers packaging, I’m sure a return will be easy so I’m not worried, but damn it’s unfortunate LMAO

All these broken legs is why I just bought the actual Studio Series version instead.

 

I think it’s moved from unfortunate to simply being expected at this point. If you return then tell them not to send a replacement till V2 comes out.

If you watch this video till the end, the reviewer does some joint testing that’s a bit painful to watch but the leg joints still manage to stay connected somehow...

You guys won't believe how my packaging was when I received 2 weeks ago. The first reaction was WTF and immediate open it to check. Luckily mine is intact


In this 2 weeks time, I have been transforming him more than 5 rounds while waiting for the "enhanced" replacement part, I gotta admit that I'm loving this thing very much

 

Is that the 3rd party driller base that is sold on showZ store? I was looking for a pic with the OS Shockwave!

Shorter than Scorn, having almost the same mass & bulk

 

So...can we all expect a sturdier, fixed version of this masterpiece? Cause if we won't have it, it would be so much waste of potential.

 

Put in a request with your seller for the fixed replacement parts, better than returning the whole thing.

I think Im gunna have to get a bigger Prime. MPM looks dinky.
