I'm no reviewer but mine is on the way right now and I'll be doing just that as soon as it gets here so I don't mind filming it :)

I find it funny how they rebranded into another company only to have worse QC.

I'm happy TonTon reviewed this, hes a lot more reliable in my opinion. Anyway, seems like the hand is a lot stronger of a rubber than I thought. Overall, I like it, he's gentle with the hips but still applies force, so just be gentle guys. I will be loosening the screw though, does make me worried that if I tighten the ankle that part will stress and break, watch out for that.

true, the review was great the hand is allot better than I thought it’s not a squishy soft rubber. But after watching the review the conclusion for me is the figure is decent not as awesome as I thought.

The qc’s worry me Loosing the hips to avoid breakage and tighten the ankles to avoid him from flopping. But then if you tighten the ankles will it cause breakage. Also the arm holding the cannon can’t hold the weight. I guess at best it will make a great looking figure to look at.

I feel thats why most are getting this figure, so it looks awesome on the shelf. If everyone truly wants a huge movie Shockwave thats also a high quality poseable figure. KO's aren't the way to go. Just wait for a masterpiece or a competent 3rd party one (PLEASE UNIQUE TOYS)

The hips are disappointing, but at least its preventable. Expecting HasTak levels of quality on a KO shouldn't be expected. But on the other hand, I paid $95 american for this thing. I want it to be halfway decent. Honestly, if you want a good movie Shockwave, just buy the official SS one, buy the upgrade blade, and call it a day, that figure is wonderful, and is actually sturdy.

At the end of the day, just buy the officials if you want a guarantee of something above sub par. These KO's are exactly that, KO's, overpriced at that.

Been trying to nut out exactly what that fix entails...

From what I can figure out, it's a post-break fix - not a preventative one, though you could probably do it preventatively as well. Looks like it's just using a longer bolt (M3x18 or so), squaring off the break, and fitting an extra washer to ensure correct spacing (and reduce friction, no doubt).

    Oof... fixerupper eh?
I'll pass. Thing looks amazing but the risks of breakage and work involved to avoid it is just not worth it for me.

Yep. This guy will be mostly for shelf presence. I have the studio series one to play around with. Are people really already getting theirs? I thought this guys wasn't getting released till October? How's the shipping now?

Whats interesting is this OS Shockwave actually scales with MPM 04 Optimus Prime the closest.

If we agree that Prime is 28ft, the MPM 04 figure is 24cm tall. Therefore, if this Shockwave is 32cm tall, he would stand tall at about 37.5 FT tall. That is right in between the 2 scale charts we get of Shockwave when hes listed at 35ft and sometimes 40ft which makes sense as he is not shorter than Megatron (35ft tall megs) (so the 30ft tall Shockwave scale charts I personally disregard).

So for me, this works, as I go by Shockwave being in the 35 to 40ft range.

For those of you who have BA Prime or BMB Prime, this Shockwave would be closer to the scale that has him listed at 30ft.

    Everyone is a winner!

Nice. It turns out getting correct scale to suit everyone is easy when there’s a 10ft margin of ambiguity.

So, what is the scale for this again? Does he scale better with MPM cars and WJ Optimus, or Leader/MPM Prime?
