Possibly no improvement is a bit unfortunate, but these guys still look great! Now I just need preorders, and of course for these to come out! I'm hoping that we get Demolishor and Skipjack repaints. Skipjack seems more likely since he actually came out in Studio Series proper and they seem to be sticking to the release order of the SS Constructicons.
Probably there are more accessories we haven't seen. Like the grapple-chain-thing we got with Scrapmetal. If I remember correctly it's BMB under the MT name...so we should have the other constructicons after the OSKO UT Challenger.
So you literally want the same thing but bigger? I mean suit yourself but I was hoping for improvements so they were even better as individuals and more substantial in combined form. Ah well guess that’s what the super expensive devil saviour is for.
Yeah. Pretty much. I mean, I want improvements, but the OS part is also an improvement to me as well. Devil Saviour, while impressive, I'm not sure it's for me. I like to fiddle with my figures while working, but I don't like to actually focus on the transformation as my work drags me back in at the worst times. Basically, the figures in my hands help me think. Like a fidget spinner or something.
I think the only reason the improvements would be important here are that the SS ones got the dna kit and other 3p accessories which makes them way better, but it's super unlikely we'd something like that so what we get is what we get.
It's a shame to get no improvements, but I'm really only in for a big Demolishor if they make one, so it's not a dealbreaker. Maybe someone can upscale KO the DNA kit lol

That Scavenger looks awful, no way that isn't a photoshopped custom version of the KO Scavenger. The front window honestly looks like it was coloured in by a sharpie.
I hope to god the painting gets redone, because currently it looks like a poorly done custom I'll be honest. I was hoping MA would fix Scavenger's head too, the SS head kinda sucks in my opinion. Guess they blew most of their modification budget on Mixmaster. On a side note, their Overload is looking pretty nice.
So I was wondering, is Devil Saviour’s Smash a heavy retool of that voyager Long Haul from a while back? I saw someone say that Split was a heavy retool of the old Mixmaster figure. I know there is a collectible thread, but I figured you guys would know best.
wrong thread but yes; devils Saviour took the old ROTF voyager mixmaster and Longhaul molds, the ROTF Legion overload, scrapper and scavenger as well as the SS voyager rampage as starting off points to heavily retool into their offerings.
