Sorry, I fumbled up my math in that post since it was late. Rechecking it puts OS Mixmaster’s vehicle mode at somewhere around 1/33 scale. To be 1/29 he’d have to be around 39 cm long. I also made a typo and put “1/37” scale instead of 1/27 scale for the robot mode.
T Thanks for your correction! I usually don't care too much about the mathematic scale cause it's calculated only on the lenght of a vehicle, which is a 3d object. As Tfs have to come to compromises due to the transformation, their proportions don't match the ones of the real vehicle. Sometimes they have the right lenght but they are too wide or too high. That's why I prefer to see some comparisons Pics, to prove if the figures look good next to each other!! But I'm really excited now about this figure. Anyone read something about release date or saw any preorder??
Yooo Mixmaster is looking sick, I'm glad 'Mechanical Alliance' is finally getting around to finishing their Devastator.
I have Scrapmetal and LongHaul, only issue I had was scrapmetal’s left knee being misassembled; just had to unscrew it, flip the joint and close it back up to fully fix. Otherwise they both have great paint, decent plastic quality (slightly higher level than what BMB used for Ares Nitrogen) and Hightower/Scrapmetal are loaded with extra accessories.
Yeah I can attest to Long Haul, he's awesome. Heavy, good quality plastic. Better paint apps, and the foot fillers while not necessary were a nice touch.

I'm not getting this set but the mixmaster does interest me a lot! I love that they added swivels to the mixing drum parts. That will make him much more dynamic to pose. Did they add wrist swivels as well? I added those to my SS MM and it made him a lot more fun.
I got all 4 of these guys saved on ebay, I'm waiting for Star Saber so I can back him and then catch up on these guys.
