Howdy folks. I had neglected to move my artwork to the correct thread, so I have decided to just start a new one and post every damned design I have a decen image of to get it all out there. I'm a scatterbrained guy, and I have a lot going on, but I am trying to be more adamant about completing at least a rough sketch. Some of these I have posted before and maybe fixed, and some of these are new and still in progress. So, that aside, I hope you enjoy my designs and ideas for this little reboot headcanon I have going. Thanks, yo.
I'm working on a Predaking right now for a new friend of mine as a little gift. It's a little radical, and this is VERY much me just playing with shapes and stuff. The general idea is there though.
Yah, I have some pretty specific opinions when it comes to Transformer designs. I see them all as individuals to the dgeree that there is a lot of genuine psychology and sociology involved with their look and feel, but alsi I don't want to stray too far from their original appearance. I've got quite a few more too. Many are my original characters based on friends and family. I will post them as they become more cohesive! I would love to know what people think about my designs. Questions, comments, criticisms. I love a good conversation.
Thanks! I wanted to focus on the fact that they are just not from the same origin as us while not straying too far. Some characters though still have very humanoid proportions, like this!

Yah, Shockwave mah boi. I have a few ideas for him. I'm likely one of the few but I really dislike his "used to be a good guy" arc in IDW, so I am trying to design him in a new way. My philosophy in bot design is strangely deeper than it needs to be. Haw. Thanks!
Well, it was different. However, it was after Simon Furman bumped out, and things got kinda hinky with the whole Lost Light and Caminus thing but, yeah. Could you try to do Optimus Prime? I'd love to see something totally unique for him (i.e, ditch the windshield pecs.)
Haw. I do have a prime in here but he does have the pecs. I do have a few weird ideas for him though. I'll try to find those drawings.
Weird is exactly what my designs are. I usually start out with a sort of Animated look, then it evolves into RiD2015 and when I keep refining it usually ends up somewhere between Universe (the game), Prime, and original IDW. I have gone into it a tiny bit, but I like to differentiate body builds based on function, age, and whether they are cold-constructed or not. I really need to work more on these ideas. Also, it needs to be said that TheAmazingSpino might have the coolest TF aesthetic to date. I love it and he has been a huge inspiration.
Another concept for Megatron, one for a young Hot Rod, and Cliffjumper I forgot to repost for some reason. I know these designs are all over the place, but they all get closer to each other with every drawing!
