Took me by surprise too! Apparently a few retailers like Toy Wiz put it up for preorder? Like it’s been heavily rumored but not officially announced I guess? But here it is, haha. I went ahead and had one shipped to my house since it’s quicker, love the color scheme on it.
$7.80 for Priority, which is what it typically costs me to mail out Priority packages that weigh over a pound when I’m eBaying stuff. I could have shipped it to Portland but it usually takes a few weeks and I’m impatient to get him in-hand now, haha.
Does anyone know the best way to see if there is stock in stores. I'm really tired of just going to stores and seeing nothing on the shelves I'd rather find a way to look at it before I go rather than be let down every single time? Any help on this is appreciated! Happy hunting!
There used to be for Target, but they did something to make it so those sites can no longer see inventory. All that’s left is to call, go in person, or order online.
What do you think is the best time to call? I always have this idea that other collectors are getting all the good stuff cuz they the best times to go or something. I know that might sound crazy but hey when you see so little items locally my mind starts to think I might be doing this wrong.
If stores don't have anything, they don't got anything at the moment. Basically the first week or two of January everyone's alreayd had a run on Kingdom and Studio Series 86. Best bet right now is to hit up Walmart as they're just starting to put out stock, but Target is a bust for now. Wait until closer towards the end of the month for stores to get stock back to replenish after the holidays.
Last time I called target there was a message saying that due to COVID or something, they are not able to answer questions about stock. And I’m with you, really tired of empty shelves.
