Thanks for the heads up! Bought the one Hot Spot that was there and a Cyclonus. One Cyclonus remains.

TRU online jacked up the price of Devastator $10 to $160, retail stores will likely follow. According to the WA thread, he is already $159.99 in-store.

Your best bet at this rate is going to be someplace like Amazon who has $150 and free ship.

JB TrU had one Devastator five minutes after opening. The Showroom Collectables guy got it, so don't bother making the trip.

I apologize for the post, the Devastator I bought had 2 left fist pieces..... The second one was still there after about an hour so I exchanged mine for the second.... I'm deeply sorry if someone went there looking for it :(

I can't imagine making a trip to JB TrU for any real reason now considering that's the guy's stomping grounds and all. Such a shame.

It's pointless. Anything you may be interested in that's new or even remotely hard to find, this guy has scooped it up within five minutes of opening.

    He's poison in the well.

I've never set foot in his shop, and I swear I never will. Fuck him.

He is a shop owner here in Vancouver (Hazel Dell). He will frequent JB Tru, and also some of the other shops in the Portland/Vancouver area to get most if not all the hot items at the time for his store. It has been said he has connections in Tigard as well.

He sells on ebay as well. And it isn't just Transformers either that he goes after.

Looks like we have a new vintage toy store that is coming to Portland from Las Vegas. Check out Vintage and Collectible Toys in Las Vegas – Rogue Toys and click "up coming events" link. Looks like they sell some vintage TFs. I noticed it on Craigslist a while back but forgot to post it.
I haven't seen anything on a location yet. Has anyone else heard anything?

So totally awesome!!!!! Whoa, so great I channeled the 80's. Great work Cascadia and BDixonarts. Some of our own doing things for the community as a whole. Great work.

Interesting. I checked their site :

"Rogue Toys Portland opens August 1st at 11am
    10398 S.E. 82nd Ave, Portland OR, 97086"

"We are coming to Pacific Northwest. August 1st we kick it all off with our Grand Opening. We will have giveaways and of course Awesome Toys. Koi Fusion will be there 11a-2pm, so come hungry. Also join the Cloud City Garrison 501st Legion who will be in attendance. Plus its your first chance to Qualify for our Portland to Las Vegas Flyaway. "

Thanks...the ironic thing is that it was done by two fans in a 'rainy state.'

I've been to Showroom a couple of times. The new stuff is hilariously overpriced, but the older stuff is kinda decent.
I went with a couple massive boxes full of TFs that I was hoping to sell/trade. He offered me $75 for the lot. I had to laugh as it's easily a grand of figures. I mean, I know he needs to make a profit, but damn.
If you're up in the Olympia area, check out Toy Box. Great deals.

Anyone still seeing the AOE Vehicons, or have they long since vanished?
