savio do you plan on casting them in a dark gray kinda like striker prme is cast in?

if so i may get a few sets from you for my buster and striker

 

have not planned to. I'd have to see the exact color of the striker prime to be able to match it, but for now all the casts are black.

Any thoughts on sending these to Shapeways? I was talking to OMEGAPRIME1983 about it in one of my custom threads. Like I said there, it seems like it'd be a good way to outsource production, and since they've already been done in a CAD program the conversion should be simple. I'd be willing to bet Fakebusker83 would be willing to help.

 

I'd be all for this if savio-prime is onboard.

I must know where did you get those articulated hands for Prime? Thanks Savio I plan on trying that out tomorrow and I will let you know if I need any further assistance.

 

I believe those are Gundam manipulators and aren't really articulated. You can check fakebusker83's shapeways thread for the articulated hands.

 

Oh ya I did check Fakebusker83's and I am defiantly ordering me a pair of his hands.

 

Anyone have a remedy for stressed plastic? As I was getting the pins out I stressed the plastic a bit so if anyone has any remedies that would be great. Thanks.

 

Hey Savio what size of drill bit did you use to drill the hole?

 

Nevermind Savio I was able to drill a hole in the back just fine with one my small drill bits. Anyways Striker Optimus Prime thanks you for the hip mod. I am planning on trying to get the Jetwing Prime's jet pack to fit on to Striker and get the two battle blades so that he may be the most ultimate Prime ever. Here is a pic of the finished work below.

 

Nice Pic of Striker Prime...... These hip mods are def worth it and make a HUGE differance in the appearance of Prime. Helps achieve a much more movie accurate look

Yes, last night I think my email was hacked. "It" sent an email entitled "hey" to a bunch of people with an attachment. So, I emailed everyone stored in my account to notify them of this occurence.

 

Can I still get these, im hoping to revitalize my ROTF prime that has been sitting in the closet for like 2 years.
