Since he is or was the leader of the Autobots, I am assuming that every toy there's the Matrix that comes with it, unless I am wrong. In case I am right, I received Transformers Prime Optimus Prime Weaponizer but there's no Matrix that comes with it. The reason why I am asking is, because I saw on the internet TF Prime Optimus with the Matrix with him. Please be nice Thanks
Does every Prime come with a matrix? No. Most don't. I'd be kinder but you're 3000 posts in here. Edit: pretty sure this figure doesn't include one.
As the others have said, it is uncommon for an Optimus Prime figure to come with the matrix. The Master Piece versions (MP-01, MP-04 and MP-10) do. G1 Optimus Prime (the 1984/85 one, not the Powermaster version) does have a chest you can open, but this is because he was originally a mecha from the Diaclone line (in which he came with drivers). I do not know of any other Prime figures that have the matrix, personally. iGear did make one for G1 Optimus Prime, as an after-market product.
I know what your getting at about the weaponiser Prime. the Japanese Arms Micron version of the mold came with a matrix which turns into a weapon if I'm correct. As others have said, it's very rare for an Optimus to come with a matrix. Ones that have are: -2002 reissue of G1 Prime -BW Neo Big Convoy -RiD Prime (non removable) -Armada Prime (non removable) -MP-1 Prime -RotF battle Blades Prime -MP-10 Prime MP-09 Rodimus has one too, as well as the E-Hobby reissue of G1 Galvatron.
Prime's that come with the Matrix: Cybertron Leader Prime Big Convoy MP-01 MP-10 I'm sure there are one or two more that I'm missing but I'm drawing a blank so maybe not.
Let's see... Cuz we always forget one or two.. Masterpiece 1 & 10. Does THS? cybertron, and the galaxy convoy THS. big convoy. Lioconvoy, non removable Robots in disguise, NR energon, NR, kinda? rotf voyager. some g1 reissue, or third party add on, if I recall. Orion, if we're talking third party too. That g2 optimus that was in generations recently, non removable.
Takara MP-09 only has the small Matrix that fits inside Rodimus' chest. The Hasbro MP Rodimus comes with the small matrix AND the larger one.
The first figure to come with a matrix was Big Convoy a Takara beast era figure, the repaints of this figure also had the matrix although it was not always referred to as the matrix of leadership. The first US figure to feature a matrix was RID Optimus prime. although this one was non removable ( you could remove Big Convoy's) the first removable matrix in the US market would have been the the one that came with the Nemesis prime repaint of Big Convoy released as part of Universe 1.0 although it was not called the matrix of leadership. The first removable Matrix of Leadership in the US market was with the MP-01 Optimus Prime releases here.
