    Hmmm, interesting piece! It appears to have been released during Scramble City.
    It says "Scramble Gun Set" in Japanese at the bottom. The top left, under VS, reads "Exciting" lol

    The soft vinyl (ソフビ or Sofubi) Optimus Prime was also sold in a VS sets with Megatron:

    Thanks for all of the info! The Megatron looks so odd (in the initial set, not the vinyl) I thought it could be a KO. Also, anything with “exciting” on the packaging is a must buy...
