Good on Mox for getting the help he needs, don't think i'd want to watch wrestling anymore if the current generations of guys were still destroying themselves with those sorts of problems in the same way that the 80s and 90s guys were.

Hmm, if I remember he use to have the word birdman on the back of his trunks. Isn't there a rapper called birdman? Maybe a license issue now.

Good for Mox. Glad the guy figured out he needed help and decided to get it. And respect for him being public about it. If he can inspire even one other person to get they help they need, then it's worth it

Ok, so I looked on YouTube and the match is there but it's still blurred out. But you can clearly see it's 3 letters and I'm pretty sure it's WWF. So that's why it's blurred out. Can't piss off the panda, lol.

Any guesses on who will take Mox's spot tonight against Orange Cassidy? My guess is Kingston as he is buddy buddy with Mox and would lead to a rematch between Kingston and Danielson.

Also are we done with DSOTR for this season??

Working from the assumption it's not someone who was already in the tournament and they're not opening the forbidden door again (and that Hangman wins the title), the main credible option I see is Miro. He's just about the only heel they've got who's not otherwise tied up for Full Gear, or would be way too soon for them to take a loss/rush into a title match. The problem with Miro is he's coming off the TNT title loss and while going after the World Title makes sense, he'd have to take the loss to either Danielson (again too soon) or beat Danielson and lose to Hangman (I think they'd want to give the 'first to be Danielson' rub to someone else). But he's probably their best option.

However, I have an alternate idea who I think might be a better choice in the long run: Wardlow. He's a heel, and so would fit as a challenger to Hangman. His only 'obligation' for Full Gear is as MJF's lackey against Darby, so he could easily pull double duty (or focus on his match and not help MJF, furthering their simmering tension). He could absorb a loss vs Danielson or Hangman, especially if MJF leaves him out to dry. Wardlow being in the tournament and/or getting a title shot before MJF would add another layer to their long running eventual split. He could plausibly beat Danielson with (or maybe even without) the help of his Accountabilibuddy or other Pinnacle shenanigans, and beating Danielson would further his status as a monster.

heh, I was never a big drinker but like I said a few posts ago, fitness became a big part of my life again recently and Im down 120 through the pandemic :lol  cutting empty calories from drinking played a large part in that. I still do occassionally but not anywhere near what I used to. once you look at the calorie intake from alcohol seriously you wont need to go to rehab :D

besides the green magic plant is legal in my state now so my wife and I usually just do that if we want to chill. more enjoyable anyway and no hangover :lol

I plan on writing about the weight loss thing when im completely done, which will be around next spring. I have another 100 to go but its childs play now that I got the formula down. took me 30 fucking years to learn that diets and me do not mix, had to do it the hard way to keep it off and keep losing. but it will be awesome when its over.

You do realize theyve sponsored and footed the bill for the likes of Scott Hall and MULTIPLE others. No doubt if Mox had approached wwe for help now, they would have helped. 99% sure hes only doing rehab because he is now a father. Anyone want to guess how he copes with pain after his garbage death matches now?

He's a Heel in my book for denying us the chance to see him and Brian Danielson tear the house down. xp

Seriously though, I am happy that he made this choice and hope for the best with him.

Yeah, WWE only did that after countless former and current wrestlers were dying in record numbers. Vince is by far not a saint for paying for rehab. Most of the wrestlers who go to their (WWE) rehab program just end up relapsing multiple times or end up dead.

So you actually did predict Miro replacing Mox and as expected he did wreck Orange Cassidy so it’ll be him VS Bryan at Full Gear. However, I definitely think it’ll be Bryan taking the win. Remember, minus the time-limit draw against Kenny, he’s still undefeated and I REALLY DOUBT that they’ll have Miro be Bryan’s first loss in AEW, ESPECIALLY since that’ll kill all his momentum he’s built up to that point. I think it’ll definitely be Hangman VS Bryan in the foreseeable future
