Sticker is kind of easy to pull off if you do it right. I've gotten a few of my stuff from them that way.

It’s a little weird they chose a VHS box if you think about it.

Is kinda get it, but it is as fitting as putting the figure in like a Gameboy or cereal box.

I find that funny. I think it's a perfect fit, because Dracula was released on VHS in 1991. Not quite the 20 year anniversary, but that's when their versions of a movieverse started. It was a big deal then!

This is also part of the "theme" that Hasbro has recently been using on Retro toys. They did the same for some Power Ranger stuff.

Earlier today I got Draculus for 22.05 on the target app and another road rage for 16.07. lol

 

Well, I wasn't actually gonna buy him, as this collaboration was more out of my wheelhouse compared to the perfection of BTTF, Ghostbusters or Top Gun (X-Men fizzled not being the film X-Jet, and Star Wars was just kinda weird. Not sure about the Jurassic yet), but I saw that out of ALL my locals, my closest Target actually listed one sole piece, and even orderable for in-store pickup which is a trifecta of amazing odds (Wish it had been ER Thurst or Leadfoot, but I digress), so I bit like a vampire, and just got the PM via phone as well.

 

Just scooped my Drac up for that sale price plus circle rewards got him for less than a deluxe. Not bad.

 

And Targets odd policies strike again. Since I paid with target circle earnings, they are just like tough luck chuck. Like you could just add that amount back to target circle?

 

Gotta use those Circle rewards carefully - once you use them they are gone. I tried to return something once and they were just like "well it would be $0 back" - luckily it was something small and useful so keeping it wasn't too upsetting. But yeah, try to use them for things you 100% won't return like food or some other consumable.

 

TIL that Target's Circle earnings are shady AF:

"If items that earned Target Circle Earnings rewards are returned, the associated Target Circle Earnings rewards may be removed from your Target Circle Earnings rewards balance. If you have already redeemed Target Circle Earnings rewards on the returned items, Target reserves the right to take your Target Circle Earnings rewards to a negative balance (i.e. a balance of less than zero in your Target Circle account). In such event you will not have redeemable Target Circle Earnings rewards until the balance is greater than zero." - via Target's T&C on Circle Rewards redemption

I didn't see anything about not getting them back but, they will probably cite the "no cash value" clause and tell customers to be thankful they didn't deduct the points to a negative balance.

 

Chatted with CS regarding Road Rage. They were able to price match my order from September for Road Rage at $22.99 to the most recent price on sale.

 

That part is about what happens to points earned from items you return. Not Items that you bought with the points.

Basically, you can't earn cash back on things you return. Your points can go negative if you use them on something while returning the item you earned them with.

For example. If I buy a PS5 for $500, I'll get $5 Cashback. I then spend those circle points on a $5 item, and then return the PS5. Target will then remove $5 worth of circle points because I returned the PS5. If I have less than 5 circle points available, my point balance will go negative.

It's an important condition, otherwise you could literally earn infinite points without spending money via returns.

 

Interesting because they refused me on the Drac crossover. Not a huge deal, its 6 bucks, but looks like it depends on the person you talk to.
