Alright, that's certainly close enough to declare a winner! The correct answer was, "Interrogator Barricade wasn't packaged with a smaller humanoid figure!"

Shockwave included Brains, Wheelie, and a paratrooper, Ultra Magnus included Battlefield Rung, and Sunstreaker included Chip Chase. Barricade's Frenzy arms were just arms, however - and they weren't even identified on the package as being Frenzy at all!

(In fact, I almost considered "Barricade wasn't packaged with a figure identified as a separate character on the packaging" also being correct... except that the spoiler pack didn't have a packaging blurb.)

He can, they just aren't folded in that photo - his fold in pretty much the same way that Blades's do.

Springer is the only one to not have a straight up repaint

 

Spinister is the only blades that don't become weapons

 

No tail rotors on Springer, his wheels kinda pull double duty but that's it I think
