i was browsing the latest toyfare (ish 105) and squealed like girl when i came to page 32: neca cult classic is doing a connor mccleod figure! i squealed twice...because next to it is a sebastian haff figure from bubba ho tep.

anyways, great ish featuring previews of lotsa stuff from the recent toyfair in NY, some notables:

- a ML longshot, at last!
- ooh, i like the face off hulk. ive yet to own a hulk fig outside of the minimate fig.
- damn, the barbara gordon DC superhero fig is bangin'.
- oh my fucking god jakks pacific is doing rocky figures featuring...CLUBBER LANG! be ready to be pity's foo's.

- damn the hermione bust is...not cool.

I got Toyfare today, and I saw the Connor figure.   Gonna have to get him and Kurgan, assuming I can find a store that sells Neca's action figures. Seriously, who sells their products?


However, the new issue of Toyfare was the first time I took a good look at the ML Havok figure. Why, ToyBiz? Why do you have to make it so hard for me to get my favorite X-Man? I really don't like shopping at Wal-Mart (the ones at home and near school are crap), but I'll do it anyway. But GOD! Alex's face sculpt is terrible! I've never really cared for expressions on toys, and it's almost ruining Havok for me. But I'll probably have to get him anyway, since ToyBiz will never give us a second ML Havok.

 

Sweetess, I'll have to pick it up tomorrow if I go out.

 

Yeah, i picked up the latest issue too. Seems like 2006 will be a good year for toys especially those who are fans of comic book heros...I'm pumped up for some of the MLs that are going to be released...I'm so afraid that Hasbro will change the format of ML once they take over...
