Well If hasbro wanted to make an older Sam Witwickey Transformers based off Optimus and Sam Spin Off film I would recommend and older actor like Harrison Ford to play Sam   his face kinda matches with the younger sam xD

 

And who would play Mikaela?

 

To be honest I can't see that happening. I even don't want Shia to return at all! After the first movie his character degraded to the point that I didn't care for him at the end of DOTM.

 

Even if they brought Sam back, why would he need to be that old? If Sam was that old, then that means all the other older characters like Lennox, Cade, Simmons, Epps and so on would all be dead. Harrison Ford as an older Sam? Thats fucking old lol. You're asking for one heck of a jump in time with that one lol

 

Sam left her for Carly, so that's moot.

I really don't know about seeing Sam again.

who could be played by carrie fisher ... they are as similar as ford and sam

it could end up being something along the lines of rogue one ... a spinoff on another time that somewhat contributes to the current timeline

and I think it could be interesting to see an old sam ... to see how he grew and became wiser ... like optimus !!!

 

with an actor so old if they had to do it in the near future they should plan causes and consequences of all the movies' plots that would accour before in chronological order and later come out in theaters, since the time jump is that large. A great opportunity for plot holes and timeline incongruences

 

personally, id enjoy a sam & mikaela return...id say it's never gonna happen but then again, i woulda told you there was a less than 1% chance barricade would ever appear in another film after dotm (especially after being absent in aoe) & that happened so..

it would be cool if we find out sam has been in hiding with a few or maybe one of the surviving autobots of the OT (sideswipe & anybody?)

shia would certainly fit the 'aloof, crazy, been-in-hiding character' well these days

 

Lmao!! I don't see why anyone would want such old characters? And let's not say Sam and Mikaela coming back won't happen. I didn't think Lennox or any of the other past characters would come back and we see what happened there.

Also, THE ONLY REASON we got Carly was because Megan Fox got fired from TFs early on in production so they had to find a new actress and rewrite some of the script as if they broke up and Sam got a new GF. Bay and Megan Fox set heir differences aside and she was able to work in TMNT which he produced.

If Bay decided to step away From TFs as a director and stay on as Producer, he VERY WELL could indeed bring back both Sam and Mikaela in the next movie as human characters as familiar faces for Bee.

One thing I've learned with these movies is to never say never lol. And Carly could very well come back with Sam and Mikaela could be that awkward moment type of character that shows back up.

 

I still believe if they bring back Sam at all, he'll be played by a different actor. Because didn't Shia already talk some smack about the TF movies? Don't imagine Paramount would want to hire him back after that one, lol. Besides I don't think he'd want to come back anyway.

Also, this movie has literally 0.0000000000000000001% chance of ever happening, so we might as well discuss all possibilities.

Personally, it'd be amazing if they brought in Sam for the Bumblebee solo flick. Those two had a pretty solid connection in the first 3, and assuming bee would finally be able to speak would be a pretty cool thing to see.

Still stands that if Bay stays on as Producer for TFs, he will have pull to bring her back if he wants.
