I've started outlining this in photoshop. Think I'll take a crack at finishing this up with the tutorial from GrungworkX TFArchive - Transformers Fandom.

I am loving it, I am a huge Doomsday fan, I will say that I would like it better with a little less hair but it is looking great so far.

 

Thanks M_P! When I get ready to add in a background, I'm thinking of filling in all the detail behind the hair and work in some transparent areas in the hair to help thin it out a bit
