yes it is. but since it hasnt been up online for a while i figured why not give the fans a little treat, and when my fandub of HM comes out ppl can be like wow this is like 20X better LOL.

 

Uh... are you talking about the UK OFFICIAL dub? Becauase as far as I know, there was no fandub. The UK dub had names like Wally for Blur and stuff though.
