At any rate, Youngstown Target near Best Buy on 224 had a couple of The Fallen which was impossible to find in Warren. I'm going out to Elm Road Wal-Mart today as well as the Target and Toys R Us near Eastwood Mall soon. Hope I find Jetfire...
I'm about 50 miles from Warren/Niles, currently. I used to live just over the border, about 20 or so. So I'm quite familiar with the area. After scouring the area looking for Jetfire last week, I can honestly tell you that the Youngstown area is kinda behind the times in terms of ROTF (at last check, that is.) Elm Rd. Wal-Mart has an over abundance of Waves 1-3 in every class and I doubt you'll be seeing anything new for quite some time. Hell, they didn't even have Stratosphere. Both the Boardman and Niles Targets were pretty dismal in their selections. Both TRUs had the same amount of nada. (although the Boardman TRU had Human Alliance Bumblebee.) Normally, when I wanted to find good stuff in the past, the Y-Town area was my first choice for finding it. They had the Energon combiner limbs when no one else had them. (Repaints, not the first waves that everyone had overstocked on.) Now...they pretty much don't keep up with the times. I do recommend you cross the border into PA and check out Hermitage. Kraynak's has some of the rarer pieces, sometimes before the competition. They had the preview wave of Bumblebee and Soundwave when no one else did. Plus Human Alliance Bumblebee, Animated Leader Ultra Magnus, etc. The Wal-Mart in Hermitage is also quite good at keeping new stock rolling in.
Kmart is pretty hit or miss, but they can suprise you. Ive found many hard to find figs there from both GI Joe and Batman to wrestling.
Targets in Fairlawn, North Canton, Green, and Wadsworth all have Superion. Toys R Us in Fairlawn and North Canton have a lot of Unicrons and Animated Ultra Magnus'. Does anyone know why there are no Bruticus Maximus' anywhere?

Don't know if anyone in Toledo cares, but I just scored Roll Out Command Prime at the Oregon Kmart for 20.50 plus the $5 off Kmart coupon that comes with the BK kids meals (for a total of $15.50!) AND a 25th Anniv. Prime for $26-5=$21! I know I saw the 25th Prime at the Manhattan Kmart just two days ago. Check it out if you waited until the last possible second like I did!

Walmart at Steelyard has most of everything new, but the latest deluxe wave is a bit picked over. I did get Jetfire there, and there were at least 4 more of him. Goodluck
TRU on Reynolds in Toledo has one Mudflap. They HAD one Ravage and Mixmaster, but I took them off of their hands. I am suddenly a big fan of buying TFs that you don't want/need when they are on sale, then exchanging them for the ones that you really wanted when they finally get them in.
Wal-Mart in Steelyard Commons in Cleveland had 2 Jetfires when I went, Mudflap and Skids, 1 Breakaway, Abundance of Soundwave, mixmaster, Optimus Prime (Leader), Megatron (Leader and Voyager), Rampage, Chromia, and Cannon Bumblebee. I took one of the Jetfires and one of the Rampages.
