Last night at 9:00 Dayton Mall Target had 2 Pipes, 1 Slammer, and 2 Tigatron. I was able to get a TVC Droid C3-PO, there was one left.
So, besides Hasbro Pulse & Amazon (which have both been sold out for quite some time), are there any other retailers selling Terrorsaur?
TCP, Toy Dojo had them about 2 weeks ago as Hasbro Asia imports. Sold out quickly. Might check evil Bay. Sightings: SS86 Starscream. Box heavily damaged, wow.
Gamestop got in Coronation Starscream. My preorder is preparing to ship, and its currently on sale for 45 bucks (OOS to new orders) so im asking CS to give me the difference back
They haven't had inventory available for order for at least a month. Check tomorrow, usually after 10AM EST. They technically have the release date as tomorrow, so any stock they have will go up tomorrow. That's the trend i've seen anyway. Should have clarified I preordered mine months ago.
Coronation Starscream is such a mess at GS right now. I called and they told me that because I ordered this so long ago I can't get the difference. Instead, they apparently put some points on my account. Seems like customer service had a really hard time finding my order as well as an official release date. What sucks even more is that I bought it to ship to the store so I can't even check the status of it myself.
I'm kinda worried about this one. Lots of negative reviews saying theyll just give you any old WFC deluxe so be prepared for Arcee or Huffer.
My Red Alert order is on it's way to the store right now, going to check it right there in front of them and refund if I have to.
I noticed at Meijer just now that they are clearing out the SS deluxes at $16. Orange stickers applied right to the boxes. Might be worth looking into if you've been holding out.
The Citi Trends in Euclid, Ohio had one Throne of the Primes, one of the 2014 SDCC Dinobot sets, and an ER Doubledealer. Probably not going to be able to get out to the others in the area but it'd be interesting to see if any of them have a Metroplex.
Im thinking of picking up the phone and calling. Metroplex is worth some effort. EDIT: called around the Cleveland area and struck out. Doesn’t sound like much is left. But the clerks also didn’t know what they had exactly and wouldn’t leave the register. So who knows?
I used to do tech support for the company Citi Trends got their point of sale system from, so I didn't call because I knew exactly what to expect. I think they've only found Metroplex down in Dallas. My guess is there weren't a lot to go around. Not enough that any SDCC Metroplexes have shown up on Ebay yet or that the utterly ridiculous prices there have budged. Edit: Apparently a beaten-up Metroplex showed up in Baltimore.
