I'm more hyped than I should be for ROTF Bee.

 

Honestly, its great, shocking, and terrifying all at the same time just how much is coming in at once.

Great because its not JUST target getting things and its not a slow burn, its all pretty quick.
Shocking because this doesnt happen often.
Terrifying because that money adds up FAST.

At this point because of BBTS and Gamestop, I just need Kingdom Primal, and then the SS86 stuff.

Primal I am not as concerned about, as Kingdom being a whole new line, means wave 1 will be EVERYWHERE for months. Soon enough we will hate seeing Primal, Blackarachnia, Cheetor, Warpath, Cyclonus, etc.

SS86 just being the next wave of SS skus/dpci's means I should probably get to it sooner rather than later.

Also, anyone with thrust... Do the small fins sticking out the sides of his feet have pins holding them in place? Mine have holes like pins SHOULD be there, but there arent any, and I can just pull them off with force. Thankfully they shouldnt come off on their own, but still.

Edit: Just watched PrimeVsPrime's review and his doesnt have pins either, so maybe they deemed it unnecessary?

 

Colerain Target has wave 1 of Kingdom! Snagged me a Warpath, Paleotrex, and Black Arachnia. Left the rest of the case.

They aren’t in the TF aisle, they are with the rest of the overflow toys in their “Lego” aisle.

 

The tailfins on both of the Thrusts I opened can be pulled off. They aren't loose by any means...but they're only held in by friction.

 

Mine doesn’t, and I think that’s purposeful since the fins don’t seem like they are intended to rotate

 

Good to see its not just mine. I wasnt concerned since it is held in securely enough by the peg, I was just curious.

Also, I debated on getting Cheetor, but something about his design just turns me off something good. I liked the character, but will skip this figure and see if they dip into Transmetals eventually.


Now that Kingdom figures are out there, im curious to see if all retailers stick with the $22.99 price point of if a lot will end up selling them at 20 still, because it seems so off and on right now.

There’s still one full set of core figures, one thrust and plenty of kingdom/BB deluxe s still left.

Those aren't new per se, but they never really got a mass release like the movie versions and the Fast and The Furious ones.

 

Blue Ash Target is stocked on wave 1 Kingdom deluxes and core classes. Snagged one of each of the core ones. Left the rest! These are all in the TF aisle, no funny business here.

Just found kingdom cyclonus at a GameStop in Westerville

 

My apologies, I also saw 2 Thrusts at Blue Ash Target. Left them both.

 

Grabbed Warpath, Blackarachnia, and Cheetor from Grove City Target. Left a Cheetor and 2 of the Fossilizer. Still had 2 Thrusts and also had the Buzzworthy Bumblebee Studio Series Deluxes with ROTF Bee.

 

I don't imagine there were any left?

No they only had the one and I picked it up.

 

Jack and shit left at beechmont and blue ash targets. Not worth the drive unless you’re looking for one black arachnia and Dino guy at beechmont with 2 core class Optimus or two Dino guy deluxes and a vertebreak at blue ash. Sucks but I guess people cleared nearly everything out.
