Don't we have a KOI swap sub? Or does that go back to me failing to keep up on the southern-Ohio meetup planning?
He’s not been seen in the US yet. Its starting to become concerning that Canada has had him for a month and a half yet he’s not anywhere in the US
One Siege Thundercracker at Wal-Wart Dayton Mall (as of Friday 5:30 PM) Newer small Cyberverse Spark Armor guys (Prowl, ratchet Shockwave) at Target nearby.
Question. Is there a place that might have a good selection of Combiner Wars stuff? I wasn't able to collect much at the time but I've always loved the gestalts. Right now I'm looking for the four deluxe aerialbots but cant seem to find any reasonably priced.
My 3 pack arrived today, and of course Aragon is damaged......... it was already a rough morning but now its gotten worse
In one of his hip rotators, when you spin it back for his alt mode transformation, it moves up the slot for the rotator and pushes his groin plate off its connector. The groin plate it supposed to be adhered to the hip area
If I understand the issue correctly, you might could just glue it. That sounds like the same problem my Siege Soundwave had.
There is clearly an issue withe the joint, but gluing that panel would help with that issue. The fact that the panel is loose enables the peg to rotate out of the slot.
Does it look like something is mis-molded, or does it look like the problem could be solved by gluing the groin panel in place? It sounds like there's enough friction inside of the hip joint area that the inner portion of the hip joint is able to grab the inside of the hip cavity and "climb" out of position during rotation. I assume the design relies on the groin panel being attached more securely. And since it isn't an articulating part, gluing it down permanently shouldn't cause any problems. I would try some acetone (tiny tiny amount) or some Plastruct Bondene model cement (again, tiny tiny amount). EDIT: Rotate the hip back into position, place your thumb FIRMLY over the area where the groin panel goes, rotate the hips and see if you are able to keep them in position with thumb pressure.
I have to return it by Nov 18, though I’ve been looking to see if I can do a partial return and just keep Impactor and get the new set without being charged again
