the designs are all ok but the diecast means a lack of detailing and apparantly abundant QC issues. wish they would go back to plastic

I completely agree, but I just can't see Hasbro making a plastic WW line since it seems to almost be an experimental sub-line to begin with. I'm actually surprised how many WW characters they've committed to in the first place... diecast or not. I just hope it doesn't fizzle out prematurely... at least not until I get Megatron, Grimlock & Skywarp... and maybe the rest of the Dynobots.

Rumor is that there might be a WW Bumblebee as well, but if so, that's going to open an all new can of worms since fans will immediately want/expect other G1 Season 1 characters released with the WW treatment. But who knows, maybe that's the big plan with this line anyway. Fingers crossed!

Seems that the other G1 characters released as Titaniums, except for Soundwave, are mainly movie characters (Rodimus Prime, Scourge, Ultra Magnus) so it might be justified to anticipate Kup, Blurr, Cyclonus and even Galvatron coming out next as well.

 

Nice... I like the tank mode of The Fallen.

And on another front, could this finally be a decent BM Cheetor that looks like his show counterpart, stands properly and is in scale?

 

Amen! I love the Titanium series, the QC issues dont even bother me, so far i've been lucky to get good ones so far. I even like the 3in ones got them all so far. His tank mode looks pretty sweet, can't wait the have set up next to Megs and Prime.

 

That is one sweet piece of metal 'n plastic, right there.

Sweet toys as usual! I've only got WWI Prime and Megs, but I really want some of the next waves. Soundwave 6", Rodimus, and The Fallen. Plus some more.

I've been kinda picking over the 3" ones. Some I just don't like the way they look. Wish there was a little more to Grimlock or Predaking. Definitely going to get Soundwave.

 

Amen, brother! I'm also looking forward to the G1 Ultra Magnus. A Magnus that doesn't fall apart into numerous peices? I'm all in.

Too back DW went under. I loved The Fallen's character, he needed more limelight.

I'd also like to see, much more randomly, a G1 Brawn and Windcharger. Watching the two of them in the episode "Fire in the Sky" always gives me the tingles and jingles. A Titanium version of both would be kickass.
