Had something I'd been eyeing, the seller even took my best offer of 75 within minutes of sending it. This sale really worked out for me.

Hey, eBay, I get it, you wanna promote your app. Fine, but be fair and develop a version for the Windows phone so I can participate.

Why the heck would they develop for that? Even Microsoft dropped it!

Granted. Okay, how about since the Microsoft Surface still uses the Windows App store, and that is still a thing, develop for that. I could use that, too.

Or maybe just drop the App-only thing altogether?

With you on the windows app store (are they still using that)

Apps do suck, they have limited functionality and it's taking us back in time to when you used a different program for everything. The internet changed that and allowed us to do everything through a single window, the web browser.

That said Apps are the way things are going, they give greater control over the user experience to the creator and reduce development requirements.

Anyway, looking forward to getting my evangelion Optimus

The Walmart nearest me only had TLK Voyager hound for $5. Hit another walmart in town and they had the TLK Deluxes for the confirmed $7, and voyagers for $13 as reported.

Same. They have literal dozens of wave 1.5 (and have for the past year and a half) that they just refuse to clearance for some reason. It's like some really stupid game of chicken.

Walmarts clearance prices are removed from a bucket that goes to the store manager's bonus. So some managers want the stuff blown out to clear their stores and do it quickly, others are greedy and don't let the prices drop so they get a bigger bonus.

It varies from store to store.

This is the first Walmart clearance in years that seems to be consistent for every store I visited, and timing seemed like it was a higher level corporate decision.

Its just luck. I went to three walmarts on Friday checking clearance prices here and they were all haphazard, like always. Maybe the managers in your area decided not to undercut each other?

It's the same in my area too. That Walmart and 5-6 others all have TR Legends, SW Black, TLK Voyagers, Deluxes, and Legions all on clearance.

I had heard that before though: That each dept has a certain budget for what they clearance.

    Ebay:
...except that I just used it on the Studio Series figures and it totally applies to them. Saved $3 per figure.
