    Man, hold off on buying for a little while and they really do stop sending you the eBay bucks stuff. I haven't gotten anything from them in a few weeks.

    Same here. I don’t think I’ve gotten any this year. Took advantage last year pretty much whenever their was a good ebay Bucks % and flash coupon. I called and complained. They said it’s random, lol. Ok, all my friends have gotten the deal yesterday except for me.

    I have never once received any of these targeted offers. I've been signed up to receive alerts, I've unsubscribed and then resubscribed, I've verified that I'm signed up to receive alerts, and I receive emails for other things (so I know the address is correct), and I've gone through periods of buying a lot of figures to periods of nothing for months...I have yet to receive a single hightened-percentage-of-ebay-bucks offer.
