Yeah, I hit up the marshalls the other day too and not 1 transformer. lame.
Did you end up going to the riverside and alpine one? If so did you pick anything up? Oh, and I was at the west riverside walmart yesterday. They have a TON of DOTM stuff. No leader class ironhides though. Grrr. But I did get a crankcase with an uncut middle finger!

 

FYI, this sale is only for mechtech deluxes, voyagers and leaders. All other TFs are 10% off.

It says "ALL TRANSFORMERS" because the ad people probably have no fucking clue that some TRUs still have exclusives from the first movie. Just bring the ad and argue it at checkout.

 

The one online says Transformers 3. I didnt receive a TRU ad in my Sunday paper so I havent been able to check that.

 

Ad also seems to say one discount per order..i tried buying 6 online and it only discounted 1 of them...lame

 

There's a link like 3 posts up from yours. It says "All Transformers 3" and right underneath it "All Transformers". No item numbers. So anyone with more than half a brain can argue their discount on any Transformers, so long as they buy 2. Use the ads against them, call corporate from the store... I must have bought half a dozen Animated exclusives on stupid sale ($5-7) because the shelf tags don't specify that they're different.

EDIT: To combat the 1-discount per order... Just have them ring everything up in different transactions. If they refuse, buy 2, run out to your car, come back in, buy 2 more, rinse and repeat as necessary.

 

I just went to mylocal TRU. The leaders rang up fine, cyberverse commanders didnt (they were 10% off). when I pointed out that the sign said "all TF3 mech tech and 'cyber tech'" on sale but there are no such things as "cyber tech" only "cyberverse" he gave it to me.

didn't check the other stuff.

 

The ad clearly says Transformers 3(obviously meaning DOTM) for the BOGO sale,and then underneath that it says all Transformers on sale.

It's pretty cut and dried what is included in the BOGO sale,but if you wanted to be a pain in the butt about it,you could try arguing with them.

 

Will Walmart price match the TRU BOGO 50% off?

 

I found legends OP and Trailbreaker, leader SS and OP, RTS Wreckgar and Perceptor at a Marshall's in western N.C. I haven't seen Windcharger or Grapple. I'm still looking for legends Megs and SS. I still haven't seen Wheeljack or Warpath up here.

 

Doubtful. They usually only match discount prices (and only hard copies, they give you crap about online print-outs), not BOGO sales. I wish though.

Not only did I go to 2 stores today for them to confirm that it is only mechtech, but if you actually look at their prices online, you'll see for yourself that everything else is only 10%

TRU almost always does this with their BOGOs, online. It's stated in the terms for online.

In-store, it's always unlimited.

What? Its a scan of an actual ad. If I went to TRU and looked at that ad how would I click on the link? I wouldn't be able to. All of us are reading and interpreting the ad correctly. This is obviously confusion that TRU is going to have to fix.

 

Thanks man! HTS has a G1 Legends 4-pack (G1 Optimus, Starscream, Bumblebee, & Megatron) that I just bought with this code. I couldn't find those anywhere; there should be 2 left, since I was able to put 3 in my cart.
