Delivery to a PO Box address in the actual post office, which is secured by a key and basically theftproof, is still charged the $10 penalty postage rate. Toyhax can do what they want and charge what they want, but I call b*llsh*t on their reason given.

 

Apparently for ToyHax "end of day" meant something earlier than right now, because it's telling me the code has expired. Too bad, guess I'll wait for the next one.
